Three keys to finding happiness

Three habits you should give up to be happier
The pursuit of happiness is a common goal for everyone, but we often find ourselves trapped in attitudes and thoughts that can hinder our path to well-being. It is essential to recognize that there are certain behaviors that we must let go of. Here are three of them.
1. Stop regretting the past
The past is a part of our history, but it should not dictate our present or future.
